Checks should be made payable to "April Five Organization." If there is a specific officer you would like 100% of your money to go towards, please indicate so in the memo portion of the check by writing their name. Thank you for your desire to protect and serve those who do so for the community.
All money is used to help sworn officers injured in the line of duty. The organization will also use funds to assist in fundraising efforts where we can increase the donation you so graciously contributed. All monetary transactions must be approved by a majority vote of the board. *None of the funds collected will go to Officer Kayvan D. Hazrati.
